Valmas Barrel Cheese
White cheese in brine, made exclusively from sheep and goat milk, shaped after the traditional barrels used by old cheese makers. Its preparation, based on a particular recipe – the product of the know-how of the company’s research laboratory – mainly uses milk from animals reared in the Mount Cholomondas area.
It is noted for its unique, spicy flavour and its rich aroma.
It can easily be cut into slices or diced and used fresh in salads, with fruit or in cooking, as an accompaniment to special dishes.
