Valmas Goat’s Cheese
White cheese in brine, made exclusively from goat’s milk, which is aromatic and easily digestible by nature.
To make this, we mainly use milk from traditional goat breeds of Chalkidiki.
It is noted for its unique, slightly peppery flavour and rich aroma and a texture tougher than Feta cheese.
It can easily be cut into slices or diced and used fresh in salads, with fruit or in cooking.
