Valmas Gruyere

Medium-hard cheese made exclusively from goat and sheep milk, prepared based on a traditional recipe. It is noted for its very rich, sweet flavour and delicate aroma, with hints of nuts. Only a small quantity of salt is used for its preparation.

The distinctive flavour and aroma of the Valmas Gruyère are at their best if we leave it outside the fridge for 5-10 minutes before consumption.

It can easily be cut into slices and used fresh or in cooking.

It melts beautifully on the grill or in the pan, creating a particularly tasty bite.

It can also be used on pizzas or in toasties, making them irresistible.
